Fabio Viviani

Fabio Viviani is an Italian chef, entrepreneur, and television personality. Born on October 10, 1978, in Florence, Italy, he is best known for his appearances on the reality television show “Top Chef,” where he was a contestant during the fifth season (2008) and was named Fan Favorite.

Viviani’s passion for cooking began at a young age, and he started working in a bakery when he was only 11 years old. He eventually owned several successful restaurants in Italy before moving to the United States in the early 2000s. In the US, Viviani continued to expand his culinary empire, opening multiple restaurants and launching a line of cookware.

In addition to his appearances on “Top Chef,” Viviani has been featured on other TV shows, has authored several cookbooks, and regularly shares his cooking expertise on social media and through various digital platforms.
